5. 30-Day Trial and Subscription Information

VexYra Executive provides eligible newly registered users with a 30-day trial, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the service.

To administer the trial, VexYra may process information such as the account creation date, trial start date, trial end date, account status, and relevant subscription information.

Trial information may be used to calculate and display the remaining trial period, determine whether trial access remains available, and apply applicable restrictions after the trial expires.

If you purchase a subscription during or after the trial, your account information may be updated to reflect the selected subscription plan and applicable subscription period.

Important:

The 30-day trial is provided subject to eligibility and the applicable VexYra Executive terms. Trial access does not create a permanent right to use the service without a paid subscription.

VexYra may maintain records relating to trial eligibility and subscription history where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, administer subscriptions, maintain records, or comply with applicable law.

6. Payments and Payment Providers

VexYra Executive may use third-party payment processors to process subscription payments.

When you initiate a payment, the applicable payment provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

VexYra may receive transaction information necessary to confirm and administer your subscription. This may include transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, selected plan, and payment method information.

Where payment credentials are handled directly by the payment provider, VexYra does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials such as the full card number or card security code in its own application database.

Payment processing remains subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, privacy policy, security practices, and applicable financial regulations.

7. Authentication, Hosting and Service Providers

VexYra Executive may use third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate portions of the service.

These providers may support authentication, databases, cloud infrastructure, hosting, payments, communications, security, monitoring, analytics, and other technical services.

VexYra Executive uses Firebase-related services for authentication and application data functionality. Depending on the configuration of the service, Firebase may process account identifiers, authentication information, database records, technical information, and security-related information.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies and, where applicable, under contractual arrangements with VexYra.

You should review the privacy practices of relevant third-party providers where their services directly participate in your use of VexYra Executive.
